Unsealed Metalminds

Unsealed rings are usable by anyone, even those who lack access to that power. Any number of unsealed metalminds may be used at once, making them a safer alternative to Hemalurgy.

To create an unsealed ring, you need an unkeyed nicrosil ring filled with the desired power, which can be forged together with a matching empty metal ring and some netherite. Nicrosil rings with identity will not work.

Soulbound Metalminds

Though the power of Identity, soulbound rings will stick with you even if you are killed. It is still necessary to have access to the power to use it though, so it may not be as useful if after death your power changes.

To create a soulbound ring, you need a filled identity ring, which can be forged together with an empty metal ring and an ender pearl.
