Inhaling the lingering cloud is the safest way to use molten cobalt for haste, or just use it as a weapon.

• 7 seconds Haste per level

• 7 seconds Speed per level

Block Effects:

• Lingering cloud with 7 seconds Haste per level and 7 seconds Speed per level
